Heiter -

Gizella
commenced her karate training in 1983. She actively
helps her husband Steve on the classes and with the
administration of the club. She is currently
graded as 2nd Dan.

Florin
Mihai - instructor
Florin
has been training karate for 15 years .He
represented Canada and the Calgary Karate Club on
the 2nd Kyokushin Union World Tournament in
Okinawa in 2008 and in the 2009 World Cup Tournament
in Osaka .Florin is the instructor of the Strathmore
Karate Dojo as well . He is presently graded as a
2nd Dan. |

Matt
Frederiksen -
instructor
Matt
began to train in 1997 at the University of
Calgary Dojo and he was the president
of the club for over a semester.
He transferred to The Calgary Karate Club in
2002 where he continued his training and
looks forward to helping others enjoy and
learn from Karate as he has. Matt is
currently graded as 2nd Dan. |

enjoys learning, training and sharing his
experiences with the club and his children (
Nolan and Zachary) who are also members of the
Calgary Karate club. He is currently graded as
1st Dan.
